Eliane advises financial service providers and IT companies mainly on a strategic level in the areas of AML/KYC, Digital Assets, FIDLEG/FINIG, Conflicts of Interest and Governance Frameworks as well as on the digitalization of compliance processes and the use of RegTech solutions.
Eliane is the course director of the CAS Cyber Security, Compliance & RegTech at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ) and regularly shares her knowledge as a speaker and author. In addition, Eliane heads the AML specialist unit of the SRO of the Swiss Leasing Association.
Eliane is co-founder of IFINITY AG, which aims to strengthen the operational efficiency and regulatory compliance of financial institutions through digital tools. IFINITY has developed The Guide - a digital directive tool and "Knowledge-as-a-Service".
Prior to founding LCR Services, Eliane was working as senior compliance officer for private and corporate banking of a major Swiss bank for several years. She was in charge of the AML transaction monitoring project in Switzerland.
Eliane holds a law degree of the University of Zurich and a post graduate degree in banking, capital markets and insurance law. Eliane complemented her professional training in Zurich, Geneva and Moscow.
